Photo & Video Shoots

1. Booking Deposit and Payment: The Client shall pay a 50% deposit with the remainder to be paid in full at least 5 days before the date of the shoot. The shoot must be paid in full before the shoot occurs.
2. Cancellation: All deposits are non-refundable.
3. Re-scheduling: If the client needs to reschedule the deposit can be put towards the rescheduled shoot so long as 48 hours notice is given. If less than 48 hours notice is given the client forfeits their deposit.
4. Social Media: This clause applies to all social media, including Facebook, Instagram and blogs. When published online it is required that citation of photographer be made.
